Comments from the author about writing: I research and write about Iowa history. Most of my research and books concern the Cedar Valley area of Iowa, but I am expanding to other areas, with new books. I enjoy the research and write it to pass the information to our future generations. My grandchildren were the catalyst for me beginning to write. There is so much information out there that we need to pass on.

I enjoy sharing this information with anyone, but especially like talking to groups of children.

Are you willing to do programs for schools, libraries, or other groups? Yes

If you are willing to do programs, will you charge a fee? Mileage for traveling to the event and if the location is over 100 miles from Waverly, Iowa, I would need to spend the night, and the hotel fees would have to be paid by sponsoring organization.
