Dear Dr. Seuss,
I really loved how you made the Grinch nice at the end of How The Grinch Stole Christmas. I like that part because I don't like very sad endings.
The message I got from your book was you don't need Christmas presents or decorations, all you need is your family and friends. Once for Christmas I had no decoration, but everyone else did. However, I still enjoyed Christmas. I felt very upset that the Grinch stole the Who's food, decorations and presents, but I am happy that he didn't steal their hearts for celebration. Your book has really shown me the true meaning of Christmas.
Your biggest fan,
Gabi Carr
