Dear Matt Christopher,

When I dropped a pass in football I got mad. Everybody said it was ok and I thought it wasn't. I thought about it a lot. Then I forgot about it and got better and better.

This was just like in Football Nightmare. Just like when Keith dropped that pass and then the next year Larry was talking behind his back about him. The next practice I was nervous and I saw people talking about me. But I just let it go and focused on playing football. I tried not to notice when they were talking. Just like Keith did. Also he had friends that never let him down just like I did. Keith and I have differences too. Like he was a wide receiver and I'm a running back.

I will always remember that play.... but I will remember a lot of good ones too, like when I made a 150 rushing yards in a game. If people talk about me behind my back I will just let it go and play as hard as I can. But my friends will always be there when I make a mistake they will say, "That's ok." If I make a good play they will say, "Good job" or "awesome play." If they make a bad play I will say the same thing. Even if they make mistake I will say, "That's ok" or "nice try."

This book showed me too never give up, have fun, and if you play the next year you could make a lot of really good plays. This was one of my favorite books of yours and I enjoy your other books too. Thank you for making such a great book and I will read a lot more of your books.

Sincerely,
Logan Penhollow
