I was three when my mom first read this book to me. We read together everyday. This book was special to me because it helped me realize that even when something is scary or you're unsure about it --just go for it. I know that love can stop fear. Love picks you up when you are feeling down. My family has taught me that love is the most important thing to remember. I think it almost unreal how many things love can do. I loved this book when I was three years old and now I am eleven and I still love, The Kissing Hand.
Knowing that someone loves me is the greatest feeling in the world. It makes me feel really important. I know that my family loves me and I can feel it in my heart and I can love them back. Laughing, smiling, and being happy are all signs of love. Love is the greatest gift you will ever receive. Mrs. Raccoon gave Chester a kiss on the palm of his left hand to make sure he knew that love followed him everywhere. And my mom did the same thing, too.
