Moranville, Wini
Comments from the author about writing: I have been a food writer and editor since 1994; however, in addition to writing about food, I also write short fiction--my book of short stories, The Record Player and Other Stories was published in 2000. The Bonne Femme Cookbook has allowed me to meld two of my favorite things to do: write and cook. Included in my cookbook are stories about traveling, cooking, and dining in France. My goal was for it to be a book that people enjoyed reading on the couch as much as they enjoyed using in the kitchen. Publisher's Weekly picked up on this, claiming the book was, among other things, "a good read."
