Comments from the author about writing:  When I was very much younger, I used to type short stories on my mom's typewriter, but I never thought someday I would actually write a book.  Having to live with MS now, writing has become my passion in life.  After writing my first book, I found it helps me escape life for a while, even though my book is about my real life.  Too me, everything about writing a book is fun, from writing it, to hearing what the publisher is doing with it, to helping design the cover.  Knowing that I actually wrote a book pushed my confidence level up.  I feel like I have accomplished something important in my life.
