Are you willing to do programs for schools, libraries, or other groups? Yes
If you are willing to do programs, will you charge a fee? Fees are negotiable. If the organization is a not-for-profit, I usually don't charge a fee. If not, then the fee depends on what the market will bear that is fair. For my book Women of Yucatan, most of the proceeds go to educational scholarships for young women. So there is a reason to charge for programs.
