Comments from the author about writing:  I enjoyed the researching and interviewing processes in putting a book together. I've

always been keen on history, and with the book I wanted some of the legends of the sport of high school wrestling in Iowa to tell some of the history in their words. My approach is to gather the best narrative comments from the sources and to write strong lead-in words to support those comments.
