Comments from the author about writing:  I have lived in Iowa my entire life and have been an attorney and entrepreneur for the past 25 years. While still operating my business (Iowa Exchange) I published Last Things First, just in case... The practical guide to Living Wills and Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care. After selling my company in 2007, I focused on writing full-time and released So Grows the Tree - Creating an Ethical Will - The legacy of your beliefs and values, life lessons and hopes for the future in October 2010.  Writing has been a life-long passion. I finally took myself seriously in my 50s. As a writer of nonfiction, I enjoy the research: learning about the subject as I prepare to educate my readers.
