Comments from the author about writing: I write children's books about the adventures of my dog Norm. They are rhyming, picture books that have great illustrations and contain many teachable moments for teachers and parents when reading to children. As a teacher, I want to read well written, fun, and meaningful stories to my students. I keep that in mind when writing my own stories.

Are you willing to do programs for schools, libraries, or other groups? Yes

If you are willing to do programs, will you charge a fee? Yes, fees are always negotiable, but usually we charge $50 for schools within 30 miles of Cedar Rapids and $100 for schools outside the 30 mile zone. I would also like the opportunity to sell my books to the students, I will sign each copy, and if time allows, personalize them to each child.
