I enjoy writing both non-fiction and fiction and feel that writing is a great way to express what we are passionate about. I have always loved the Iowa State Fair and we created our book, "Iowa's Tradition: An ABC Photo Album of the Iowa State Fair" to help give people a way to remember and reflect on the uniqueness of the fair all year long. I enjoyed creating my first book with my husband, J.O. Parker, who took all of the photos and helped with the writing.
