Join us for a rompin’ good time as we unveil Rosie’s Forest, sponsored by the United Way of Central Iowa's, Women’s Leadership Connection. A red ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 2:00 PM, but there will be fun all day long for kids of all ages! Kids will enjoy our brand new learning environment featuring amazing artwork from Sticks! Check out Rosie's Early Literacy Stations where kids can enjoy hands-on play activities stressing the five key elements of early literacy: Reading, Writing, Playing, Singing, and Talking. Then try out the new AWE computers provided by United Way and the Forest Avenue Library Endowment Fund.
